Hotel was clean and well maintained. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. My only complaint was that the pool was out of order.

Overall good experience, but you can see the hotel industry is struggling to keep the lights on. Literally, the first light we tried to turn on in our room wouldn’t turn on. The staff was kind and courteous, the room was clean, but the finishes throughout were definitely lack luster. Toilet was clean but looked scary from all the rust and minerals built up all over the surface, tiles were jacked up. Breakfast is very slim, you can see rotation of scrambled eggs and bacon or omelette and sausage, depending on the day, but it was pretty limited the amount served. Not much else, plain bagels, English muffins, and I think I saw some yogurt in the fridge. Checking in I almost walked back out of the lobby, not because of anything other than it was 4pm and the entire lobby was dark and felt empty. I thought the hotel was either closed or not open for business. Luckily there was newer staff at the counter that I could ask otherwise I would have left not knowing. Ultimately, I got a clean room. It suited our immediate need, and we were on our way again the next morning. Thank you for giving our family a place to rest.

We had to stay here when our AC went out, so we could still get work done while waiting for the repair. The staff was very lovely, very friendly and helpful. The amenities are excellent, and the location is great. However, despite specifically clarifying that we needed two wheelchair capable/accessible rooms, and being told the were were as specified, the rooms we not. The room itself was lovely and fine for wheelchairs, but the bathroom was completely unusable without assistance from family or caregivers. It was overall a great visit, but it would have been nice to be able to use the restrooms, instead of having to use the nearby church for the restroom.

I stay in a lot of hotels, but this one in particular has impressed me. From the friendly staff who went outside of their way to be helpful & thoughtful, which I really appreciate! All the way to the amazing breakfast! Most places pack up their breakfast before 9am. Here they kept breakfast open until 10am! Super helpful on those days where you get off to a late start! They have a really nice movie theater that their parking lot is connected too which was really nice close walk of a 1,000 feet when you are feeling spontaneous for a late night movie. The rooms were clean and spacious, the beds were amazing and the towels extra soft. They didn’t have any shampoo dispensers in my bathroom shower, but thats more than okay because I always bring my own no matter where I go. Another thing that stood out to me were the cleaning staff I saw using environmentally friendly cleaning products as my wife is extra sensitive to most household cleaners. One of the most pleasant experiences I’ve had in a long time at a hotel. Affordability & Quality. 10/10 Quietness & Location. 10/10 Staff & cleanliness . 10/10

While the hotel overall was nice, the rooms were not detailed. For example. The underside of the toilet seat was not wiped down nor was the floor clean. I had an upgraded room that included a jacuzzi/jetted tub. It was nice but out of the three nights I stayed it was only used once. It also had a king size bed. So comfy and the pillows were like sleeping a cloud. Both mine and my husband's key stopped working which would have been a minor inconvenience if I could have found anyone who worked there. Anytime I had a question or a problem I had to wait at least 10min. The exception would be the mid day shift. The lady at the counter was so helpful. Breakfast is free but you get what you pay for. The sausage is really good though. Coffee is cheap but doable. The pool is smaller that on the picture bit u was able to enjoy it alone with my husband so that was nice. Overall I would stay there again but only after I checked out the competition.

Rooms are clean, beds are comfy. But the breakfast is very poor. And for that reason I would grade this 3 to 4 out of 5
